Beginner Girls: 1 Hr / Week $85 per month
Ages 5 and up. This introductory class to recreational girls gymnastics introduces the basic skills on bars, beam, and tumbling while increasing strength and flexibility. Learning body positions, a cartwheel, a pullover on the bars, and balancing on the beam, are just a few skills that will be introduced.
Intermediate Girls: 1 Hr / Week $85 per month
Ages 5 and up. Intermediate girls is for gymnasts that have completed the Beginner Girls gymnastics curriculum. Skills taught include handstands and lead up drills for back handsprings on floor; round off dismounts and cartwheels on beam, introducing front handspring vaults, and back hip circle on bars.
Advanced Girls: 1 Hr / Week $85 per month
Ages 5 and up. Advanced girls is for gymnasts that have completed the Intermediate Girls gymnastics curriculum. Skills include front and back handsprings on floor; handstands and cartwheels on beam, handstand flat back vaults, and working knowledge of front hip circles on bars. Twice a week enrollment is strongly recommended. There is a discount for multiple classes added.
Boys Gymnastics: 1 Hr / Week $85 per month
Students will be introduced to the basics of gymnastics in all six events of men’s gymnastics: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and Horizontal Bar. The trampoline is also used for learning and fun in this level. Rolls, handstands, and cartwheels are the basics taught in the tumbling section, while hanging, supporting, traveling, and proper landing techniques are the basic themes on all of the apparatus.
All classes are month to month. You are automatically enrolled every month. Class fees are prorated if starting mid month. If you want to drop from your class, you must notify Elite Core through your parent portal by requesting a "drop enrollment". 30 days notice is required to drop a class- no exceptions can be made.
