Open gym includes use of the recreational side of our gymnastics facility.
- Free Foam Pit with rope swing and cargo net
- Trampoline
- Bouldering / Climbing wall
- Recreational gymnastics bars & beams
- Gymnastics / Tumbling floor
*Each participant is REQUIRED to sign a waiver by his or her own parent or guardian for the visit.
Open Gym Rules:
- Adult supervision is required for children ages 5 and under.
- NO parents allowed in the gym for children over the age of 5.
- NO spotting allowed. If you would like to coach, come in and fill out an application! Only USAG Safety Certified Instructors may spot gymnasts/tumbers/cheerleaders.
- NO adults on the equipment.
